We can now report that 1/2 our current surveys are being circulated in the community! If you are a volunteer helping us out, we’d love an update on how surveying is going and any extra support we can provide!

This survey is a crucial step in the Mt. Airy 2025 strategic planning process and something we cannot accomplish alone.

Thank you to everyone who joined us Saturday morning at Little Jimmie’s Bakery for our first Community Survey Blitz! With the help of a small but mighty group of volunteers we now have about 120 surveys out in the neighborhood!
We have around 650 randomly selected addresses to survey between now and the end of September. Mt. Airy 2025 volunteers are already out and about. If your house is one of those randomly selected you will receive a visit from a volunteer soon.
Volunteers are still needed.
Join us in sporting your Mt. Airy 2025 Volunteer name badge around the community.
If you live in the planning area we’ll prepare survey packets on or around your block. If you live outside the planning area, we would still love your help and will happily find the most convenient block for you!
To help give us a call or send us an email: 215-844-6021 ext. 222 or email@example.com
It’s been a few weeks since our community meeting, so we’d like to take a minute to share what’s been going on behind the scenes:
- Meanwhile, we have been gearing up for our community survey, which will begin in August.
In fact, we need your help! We are looking for volunteers to help administer surveys to help make sure we can get as much community input as possible to guide our planning.
We are kicking things off with a Community Survey Blitz on Saturday, August 1st. Join us for breakfast at Little Jimmie’s Café at 9:00 am, then spend a couple of hours out in the community surveying. This is a great opportunity to meet other volunteers, walk the neighborhood, and make a valuable contribution to the planning process.
Can’t stay all morning? Volunteers can also meet us at Jimmie’s to pick up a packet of surveys to administer on your own time, or, we can also make arrangements for you to pick up surveys at the Mt. Airy USA office whenever is convenient for you.
To sign up as a survey volunteer, RSVP on Eventbrite here. Thanks in advance for your help!
This past Wednesday, over 60 area residents gathered at Mt. Airy Presbyterian Church for our first public meeting of the Mt. Airy 2025 planning process. The meeting came in the midst Mt. Airy 2025’s “Phase 1,” which focuses on identifying the key issues and concerns that the 10-year plan will address. Residents at the meeting broke into three discussion groups: housing issues, quality of life, and economic opportunity – each a core component of life in Mt. Airy.
